St. Patrick’s Pre- Primary School is a Christian minority educational institution established to cater to the educational needs of the Christian students in its vicinity as per the constitutional rights guaranteed to it in the articles 29 & 30 of the Indian Constitution. It also caters to the students of other communities as per the availability of seats.

Notice:

  1. The forms for online admissions (Nursery) will be active from 03/01/2026 to 13/01/2026 only.
  2. Application Form fees – Rs. 300/- (To be paid online while filling up the form or editing form).

 INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. This application/admission form is only meant for Nursery.
  2. Details mentioned in the admission form should be filled correctly as per the documents submitted. Incorrect / Incomplete information will disqualify the application.
  3. AGE:  Nursery : Children born between 1st July  2022 to 31st December 2023
  4. Children staying within the radius of 3 kms from the school will be eligible.
  5. Documents to be submitted along with Application form
    1. Print out of the Application Form
    2. Acknowledgement receipt ( application form fee )
    3. Xerox copy of Birth Certificate from appropriate authority (PMC/Cantonment Board / Gram Panchayat).
    4. Aadhar Card of the child. (Names on the Aadhar card and Birth Certificate to  be same)
    5. Address proof : Xerox copy of Electricity bill, Ration Card, Rent agreement (online)
    6. For Catholics/ Christians – Latest Baptism Certificate, Dedication certificate and  letter from Parish Priest/Pastor
    7. Father’s/Child’s Caste Certificate (Xerox) wherever applicable.
    8. For Ex-students of St. Patrick’s School – Std X Passed – Certificate (Xerox)
    9. Siblings– If sister/brother (no cousins) studying in St. Patrick’s School-xerox of the report card of the final exam of April 2025/1stTerm 2025-2026.
    10. Xerox copies of Aadhar card of both father & mother.
    11. Xerox copies of Qualification Certificates of both father & mother.
    12. Blood group of child
    13. Date of Submission of Application form – Nursery  :  20/01/2026 (Timing 9.30 a.m. to 12 noon only)
    14. Admission, other than Catholics & Christians, will be done strictly through lottery system in the presence of the parents who have applied for admission.
    15. Admission procedure for Catholics/Christians will be on 07/02/2026 at 9.30 am in  the School hall.
    16. Date of Draw of lots for Other Categories(other than Minority Seats) 09/02 /2026.  Timing 9.30 a.m.;       Place- School Hall.
    17. Paste passport size (current) photograph of your child on the application

6)  Applications will not be entertained after the above mentioned date.

7) The school being an unaided minority institution, the RTE act  25% quota admission under the said act shall not be considered.

8)  On selection, Fees to be paid immediately. Fees once paid are NON REFUNDABLE.

9)  Management’s decision for granting admission shall be final.

 

 

 

PLEASE NOTE

1 This school does not accept donations in connection  with admission. Beware of unscrupulous intermediaries who for their personal gain offer to intervene on your behalf. You could be  deprived both  of admission  of your child as well as of your hard earned money.

 

2 In order to tackle the menace of intermediaries taking advantage of gullible parents, any attempt to bring influence will disqualify candidature. Your bringing to the notice of the Principal, any information that will help us keep the admission process free from intermediaries, will be treated with utmost confidence and will not endanger your child’s admission.

 

3 After the admission procedure is over, rejected cases, do not disturb the head

of the institution  regarding admission.
